We get involved early to learn as much as we can about a client’s business or organization. We believe in providing strong leadership to the entire team including the client, project designers, and engineers. We find the common ground between team members by facilitating a participatory design process.

We believe that a designer must help his client understand as much as possible about alternative design solutions at the earliest possible stages of design. This information must be available to make the most informed decisions possible regarding the project under consideration. These decisions will ultimately have a significant impact on a facility’s organization and planning, long into the future.

Once those decisions have been made, we believe that the project designer must himself be able to
understand and help his client understand how each building component can work together to offer the most effective use of interrelated building elements. The close coordination of all design elements, from colors, finishes, furniture selection, to mechanical system design, can greatly enhance the character of the  space, minimize maintenance requirements, and greatly enhance the enjoyment of the space by its occupants. We believe that this can only be achieved by all members of the design team, which includes members of our client’s staff, working closely together toward a common goal.
