has a strong design quality control program.  We provide a complete overall quality control red pen review at each design phase. We review the documents prior to each contractually required design submittal. The technical quality control reviews will be conducted both as a single discipline and collectively (interdisciplinary). Discipline reviews are performed to ensure that technical work is reviewed and the information presented adequately conveys the intent of the systems shown. During this process, drawings from all disciplines are reviewed simultaneously by CADD layering, ensuring that the architectural design interfaces with the building systems effectively.
