Mukhtar Kabuka worked on this project where a vacant storage structure was converted into an attractive upscale office building. The scope of work called for complete renovations which included removing all of the non-structural exterior and interior walls, creating an open underground basement, the installation of new glass wall panels, subdividing the interiors into offices and support services, a new elevator addition, and new landscaping, etc. The total area of this building was 22,000 sq. ft.
